Our barbeque platter was racked with juicy ribs that were tender with a toothsome bite, stacked with thick slices of marbled beef brisket rimmed with red smoke rings, and piled with succulent and saucy pulled pork. This medley of meat was served with sticky cornbread that was perfect for sopping extra sauce.
Refueled and hungry for the road, Amanda and I revved up the Matrix and hit the road once again. We had satisfied an undying need for good barbeque that was born and nurtured in New York City. Now we had experienced the birthplace of New York barbeque in all of its smoky, gritty glory. Here at Dinosaur BBQ, barbeque is comfort food for the nomads of our time—bikers, travelers, wanderers, even chefs! It’s a taste of home when home is on the road.
